Ordering & Quotes
How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us with your garment type, quantity, and artwork or logo. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a custom quote.
Do you do small runs?
Yes! We cater for both small and large orders. Minimum order quantities are 10 depending on the printing method, so get in touch and we'll find the best solution for you.
What information do I need to provide to place an order?
We'll need your logo or artwork files (ideally in vector format such as .AI, .EPS, or high res .PNG), the garment style and colour you want, your size breakdown, and delivery details.
Printing & Production
What printing methods do you offer?
We specialise in DTF (Direct to Film) printing, screen printing, and embroidery. Each method suits different garment types and order quantities — we'll recommend the best option for your job.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a modern technique that produces vibrant, full-colour prints with excellent durability. It's great for detailed designs and works on a wide range of fabrics.
Can you print hi-vis workwear?
Yes! We can brand hi-vis vests, shirts, and jackets with your logo. We ensure all branding complies with safety standards.
What's your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is typically 5–10 business days from artwork approval & Payment Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your deadline.
Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG files (300dpi+) are also accepted. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll advise.
Can you help with my design?
We offer basic artwork assistance to prepare your files for print. For full design work, we recommend working with a graphic designer beforehand.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes — we always send a digital mockup for your approval before we begin production.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders are dispatched via courier. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We're based in Salamander Bay, NSW. Contact us to arrange a pickup.
