Refund policy
At Slap Apparel & Workwear, all products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has commenced.
Full payment is required prior to production beginning on all orders.
Refunds or replacements will be provided in the following circumstances:
- The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival
- The product differs significantly from the approved digital mockup
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@slapapparel.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, offer a reprint, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note: We are not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or design that were approved by the customer prior to production.
