Shipping policy

Slap Apparel & Workwear ships Australia-wide via courier with tracking provided on all orders.

Production & Turnaround Times
All orders are custom-made. Standard production turnaround is 5–10 business days from the date of artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available — contact us prior to ordering to discuss your deadline.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location:
- NSW: 1–3 business days
- VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–4 business days
- SA, WA, TAS, NT: 3–7 business days

Please note that total delivery time includes both production and shipping time.

Local Pickup
We are based in Salamander Bay, NSW. Local pickup is available by arrangement — contact us at contact@slapapparel.com to organise.

Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
